Basia scales brands.
Her career in performance began when she had to drive over 100,000 views with nothing more than a laptop, analytics dashboards, and a sharp instinct for audience behaviour.
That led to securing visibility for startups in Reuters, accelerating regional expansion for unicorns, and ultimately scaling growth for Ray Dalio’s digital finance programmes.
Basia has a reputation for solving difficult problems: fixing broken funnels, improving conversion, redesigning growth operations, and delivering measurable results under tight timelines and regulatory constraints.
She complements this with a deepening technical stack in data science, Python, SQL, GA4, attribution modelling, and CRM automation—building on her quantitative training in political science and research methodology at NUS.
Outside work, she trains in Muay Thai, dances Chicago Footwork, plays D&D, and explores islands across the Asia Pacific.
